About Supply Chain Association of Leaders & Experts
Who we are
Since 2016, the Supply Chain Association of Leaders & Experts has welcomed thought leaders and visionaries into our Professional Fraternity. Founded by a group of supply chain leaders in the NCR who took a leap of faith to form this association, our hope is to expand this group to cover the entire country and world eventually.
We encourage intellectual growth and success by offering learning, collaborating & networking opportunities and a variety of events throughout the year, which encourage bonding between members and help create a foundation of lasting relationships.
Association's Objectives
1.
Raise the awareness of the supply chain Community members of new development and innovations.

Cross-sharing and cross-fertilisation of best practices, experiences and ideas.
5.
Promote Supply Chain profession amongst youth.

Find solutions to common issues identified as priorities within the field.
4.
Contribute to the government policies and raising issues of national importance.

Collaborate to create business value
Association's Norms
1.
A not-for-profit organisation focused only on the professional development.

Be open to all with an interest and who abide by community norms.

Operate around the following governance principles: participation, transparency, responsiveness, consensus orientation, equity and inclusiveness, effectiveness and efficiency, accountability, and rules of engagement.

Encourage the ongoing education of members and the deepening of expertise among members.
Association's Activities
1.
Meet every month to share thoughts, ideas, and experiences on the topics of common interest​.
3.
Work and update on the collaboration projects identified in the meetings to solve common problems​.
5.
Each member will deliver at least 1 talk / guest lecture in a college to promote supply chain profession,

Organise Annual Mega Event (sponsored)​

Invite guest speakers and experts on agreed topics of interest​.
4.
Use thought leadership to influence industry and government policy decisions impacting supply chain effectiveness.​
6.
At least 2 site visits during a year for firsthand experience of a new development or innovation​.

Institute studies or surveys with the help of consulting firms and educational institutions. Build repository of knowledge, surveys, benchmarking studies and case studies.
